Timberline’s dedicated Estimator and Senior Project Manager will analyze building components, systems, and finishes to provide potential alternatives to reduce costs. We will create a spreadsheet of value engineering options where we can track real costs savings and impact on scheduling and phasing. Our team will work to maintain the architectural statements throughout the value engineering process.
