Timberline’s philosophy of general contracting is to function within a Team format with the Owner and Design Team. Our management techniques are directed toward controlling the time, cost, and quality of the project. We practice a comprehensive approach to management, with a focus on efficiency and open communication. Our project team members have proven success working together on projects and have hands-on knowledge and experience in the management of new construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects.
This combination of experience and technical expertise allows us to identify the routine and mandatory tasks to be monitored and controlled on a project. Many of our processes are standardized to increase efficiency, control and quality; however, we understand that every project is
unique and we adjust our project management approach accordingly.
